I phoned HDS and a very nice aerial engineer fixed my problem later that day. Simple and straightforward, which is all anyone would want.

Arrived on time. Respected property. Gave advice on issue with aerial and wall mounting a TV to a plasterboard wall. Quotes were provided for work within minutes.

Prompt engineers work hard to get the equipment installed quickly and its a top rate job Prices are also extremely competitive. 10/10 really satisfied.

Jake was excellent, quickly identified the problem and sorted it there and then. Provided really useful advice as well. Highly recommended. The wider booking system which got Jake to us was let down by misleading (over-optimistic) advice about when he/ the service engineer would get to us.

Engineer Steve was brilliant.we thought it was aerial he checked on meter for strength of signal and said it was strong.He found it was the old sky box causing problem.Rang them and office gave us a price which was ok so Steve fixed it super now.Steve even put covers on his shoes.First class service throughout.

The service was absolutely incredible! I called at around 1pm and we had a new aerial by 4.30 pm on the same day! We had a lovely engineer called Peter who was extremely considerate. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service, prompt and very helpful with my problem. Didn t charge me a call out fee as didn t need any work doing. Would use them again if I have any problems .

work was great , very proffesional , re pricing it was not clear that the quote was less VAT , I am fortunate enough where it was within my Budget but had it not been the case and I saw the end bill after the work was done it could have been a problem
